Infant Massage Workshops
Infant Massage Classes are taught by Certified Infant Massage Instructors (CIMI) who teach mothers, fathers, grandparents and primary caregivers. This workshop will teach you in a fun and safe environment the massage techniques to sooth and calm baby, create sleep rituals and nurture body and mind development through touch. We will also show you techniques to stress less, center yourself and accept this incredible gift given to you. While we teach you on little ones age 6 weeks to 14 months, you can carry your newly acquired skill-set well into their toddler years.
Our baby massage classes are offered in sessions of two 90-minute weekend or three 60-minute weekday classes and cover:
· Easy to follow step-by-step massage instructions
· History, theory, and practice of infant massage
· Bonding and attachment
· Learning how to read your infant’s cues
· Benefits and behavioral states
· Relaxation techniques for babies & parents
· How to vary massage for the growing toddler/child
· Customized instruction: prenatal, prematurity, at-risk, disabilities, sleep issues, colic and intestinal difficulties (gas & constipation)
All you need to do is bring your little one (newborn to 14 months), a blanket, and their favorite toys and essentials such as diapers, breast pump, bottles etc. If you are pregnant and wish to learn this amazing skill, please tell us when signing up. We will provide you with life-sized infant dolls to practice on.

If you rather want to receive the instruction in the privacy of your home, we will travel to you at your preferred schedule.
